We’re now looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who’s hungry to learn, execute, and grow alongside our ambitious team.
What You'll Do:
- Launch and manage paid ad campaigns (primarily Meta Ads & Google Ads)
- Monitor KPIs like CTR, ROAS, and CPA to ensure campaign profitability
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audience targeting
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to craft high-converting ad creatives
- Prepare weekly reports and share actionable insights
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads or Google Ads
- Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics and tools (Google Analytics, Meta BM)
- Data-driven mindset with an eye for detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bonus if you’ve worked with D2C or eCommerce brands
