Job Description:
Zoi Hospitals, Somajiguda is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented IP Billing Executives to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process accurate inpatient (IP) bills.
- Verify patient records, treatment details, investigations, and consumables before billing.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, pharmacy, insurance, and other departments to ensure timely bill closure.
- Handle patient billing queries professionally and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and insurance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
- Support patients and attendants during the discharge billing process.
- Eligibility:
- Freshers are encouraged to apply if they have prior experience in OP Billing .
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of hospital billing processes and medical terminology.
