Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics delivery operations
- Supervise delivery associates, warehouse staff, or field executives
- Ensure timely pickup, sorting, dispatch, and delivery of shipments
- Monitor operational KPIs such as:
- Delivery success rate
- Turnaround time (TAT)
- Productivity
- Customer satisfaction
- Handle manpower planning and shift management
- Conduct audits and maintain operational compliance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Resolve escalations and operational issues quickly
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members
- Maintain reports using operational tools/software
Required Skills

Eligibility
- Any graduate
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, courier, or e-commerce operations preferred
- Freshers may qualify for Assistant Team Lead roles
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
