THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced 3D Architectural Visualizer who can transform architectural drawings and design concepts into high-quality, realistic 3D visualizations.
This role is ideal for someone who understands architecture, has strong visualization skills, and can independently handle projects from initial drawings to final render output.
This is not a fresher-level position.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Convert architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, CAD drawings, and design concepts into accurate 3D models.
- Create high-quality exterior and interior architectural visualizations.
- Develop detailed architectural models using 3ds Max and SketchUp.
- Produce realistic renders using Lumion, D5 Render, and Enscape.
- Set up realistic materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, surroundings, and environmental elements.
- Create professional camera compositions and visually appealing perspectives.
- Understand architectural scale, proportions, dimensions, materials, and construction elements.
- Make design revisions based on project and client requirements.
- Maintain quality and consistency across multiple views of the same project.
- Manage project files, models, materials, assets, and rendering outputs efficiently.
- Coordinate with the internal team to achieve the required visual quality.
- Complete projects within defined timelines without compromising accuracy and quality.

Candidates should have real project experience using these tools and should be comfortable switching between different workflows depending on project requirements.
WE EXPECT YOU TO KNOW THE WORKFLOW
You should understand how a professional architectural visualization project moves from:
2D DRAWING → 3D MODEL → MATERIALS → LIGHTING → LANDSCAPE & ENVIRONMENT → CAMERA → RENDER → POST-PRODUCTION → REVISIONS → FINAL DELIVERY
Knowing the software alone is not enough.
You should understand why and how each stage is executed to achieve a professional final output.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in professional architectural visualization
- Strong in 3D modeling and rendering
- Highly attentive to detail and accuracy
- Able to understand architectural drawings
- Creative with composition, lighting, materials, and visual storytelling
- Capable of working independently on assigned projects
- Comfortable handling revisions and deadlines
- Willing to collaborate with architects, designers, and the visualization team
- Interested in creating high-quality, photorealistic architectural visuals

Candidates must submit a portfolio containing actual architectural visualization work.

Candidates with experience in:

will be preferred.
