We are looking for a dynamic, qualified, and passionate TGT English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to inspire students of middle and secondary classes through innovative and learner-centric teaching methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to students of Classes VI to X in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Develop students' proficiency in grammar, literature, reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking.
- Conduct regular assessments, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate academic records and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Integrate technology and activity-based learning into classroom teaching.
- Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Participate actively in school assemblies, co-curricular activities, examinations, parent-teacher meetings, and other school functions.
- Collaborate with faculty members to enhance curriculum planning and academic excellence.
- Mentor and guide students for their overall academic and personal development.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree with English as a major subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution (mandatory).
- CTET Paper-II qualified (preferred; candidates with valid CTET certification will be given preference).
- Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE/recognized school is preferred.
- Exceptional fresh candidates with excellent academic records and outstanding communication skills may also apply.

- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Proficiency in using smart boards, digital teaching tools, and MS Office.
- Ability to prepare lesson plans, question papers, worksheets, and learning resources.
