Key Responsibilities -
The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving brand awareness, student engagement, and admissions through social media management, content creation, event execution, partnership development, paid marketing coordination, and stakeholder management. The role involves end-to-end ownership of marketing activities across digital platforms, on-campus initiatives, external collaborations, and admissions support.
Social Media Management & Content -
- Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, publish, and monitor daily content, including posts, reels, stories, and collaborative campaigns.
- Develop content calendars aligned with admissions goals, events, and key marketing objectives.
- Research industry trends, audience insights, and emerging content formats to create timely and engaging content.
- Monitor audience engagement and manage community interactions, including comments, direct messages, enquiries, and lead tracking across multiple communication channels.
- Track social media performance and recommend content improvements based on engagement, reach, and audience behaviour.
- Coordinate with the Mumbai team to have a streamlined posting schedule.
Socials - Chef Bali -
- Manage Chef Bali's social media content strategy and collaborative posts with the School.
- Plan, shoot, edit, publish, and monitor reels and other content featuring Chef Bali to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Content Creation & Design -
- Create marketing and communication assets for both digital and print requirements.
- Design social media creatives, advertisements, event collaterals, workshop books, certificates, welcome screen content, brochures, presentations, and other marketing assets.
- Coordinate with chefs, faculty members, students, and external partners to develop content for marketing and admissions initiatives.
- Conduct and manage student, alumni, guest chef, partner, and visitor testimonials for use across digital, admissions, and promotional channels.
- Oversee marketing content libraries, including photographs, videos, testimonials, and event assets.
Event Management & Partnerships -
- Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of on-campus and external events, including workshops, masterclasses, open days, graduation ceremonies, exhibitions, industry collaborations, and corporate engagements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, brands, agencies, vendors, sponsors, and collaborating organisations.
- Manage partnership communication, proposals, agreements, deliverables, negotiations, and post-event closure activities.
- Develop event plans, timelines, and run-of-show documents to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate event logistics, branded collaterals, vendor requirements, guest experience, and real-time event coverage.
- Coordinate with printing and production vendors to ensure timely delivery of event and marketing collaterals.
- Maintain ongoing coordination with LKK (Avinash, Shreshtha & Feedfixx team), LOTS, MRK (Khushi and team) to execute agreed marketing initiatives and content deliverables.
External Events & Field Activations -
- Manage communication for student participation in external events and activities.
- Oversee content planning and real-time coverage for off-campus events, including photographs, videos, stories, reels, and testimonials.
- Brief students, faculty members, and participating teams on content requirements and brand representation guidelines.
Admissions Support & Lead Management -
- Manage course enquiries received through social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels to support admissions conversion objectives.
- Conduct campus tours and present information on the institute's facilities, curriculum,
- Share course information, brochures, schedules, fee details, and admission-related resources with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely follow-up and effective enquiry management.
Paid Marketing & Agency Coordination -
- Coordinate with Scale Delight to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with admissions and business objectives.
- Manage campaign priorities and budget allocations based on course launches, admissions cycles, events, and promotional activities.
- Plan regular review meetings with agency partners to monitor campaign performance and optimise strategies.
- Provide creative briefs, campaign requirements, and marketing assets for paid advertising initiatives.
- Analyse lead quality, audience performance, and campaign outcomes, and provide actionable feedback to improve targeting, conversions, and return on investment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign objectives with enquiry and enrolment goals.
External Outreach & Business Development -
- Identify and pursue opportunities for brand partnerships, corporate collaborations, sponsorships, and industry engagements.
- Conduct outreach through email, phone calls, and professional networking channels to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Manage partner relationships and coordinate collaboration opportunities from initiation through execution.
Reporting & Administration -
- Track and analyse social media performance, content effectiveness, lead generation, and campaign outcomes.
- Maintain records of marketing activities, partnerships, campaigns, and content deliverables.
- Monitor ongoing deliverables across agencies, partners, and vendors to ensure timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
