Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Head of Quality Control based in Nagpur, India. The Head of Quality Control will be responsible for overseeing quality control operations, implementing quality assurance processes, developing and managing quality management protocols, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role demands close coordination with production teams, conducting inspections, managing laboratory testing, and leading quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Quality Control and Quality Assurance techniques to ensure consistency and precision in production processes.
- Responsible for monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and ensure efficient production operations.
- Strong Quality Management skills to design, implement, and oversee quality protocols and compliance.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement.
- Experience with Laboratory Skills, including testing and analysis procedures for materials and components.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities to lead quality assurance teams effectively.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements in the automotive and engineering sectors.
- Prior experience in quality control roles within manufacturing or engineering industries is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
