Job Description – Customer Support into Sales(Australia Shift)
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with exceptional English communication skills to join our team immediately.
Shift Timing
- Australia Shift: 4:30 AM to 12:30 PM (IST)
- Weekly Offs: Saturday & Sunday
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate confidently and professionally with clients/customers in English
- Handle emails, chats, and coordination tasks with accuracy and clarity
- Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism
- Work independently while meeting daily targets and timelines
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams when required
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English skills are mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and disciplined
- Ability to work in early morning Australia shift timings
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Basic computer proficiency and professional work ethic

- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
