Job Summary We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented real estate sales professionals with proven experience in luxury or premium residential sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market, along with a well-established network of channel partners, IPCs, brokers, and sourcing associates. The role demands an individual capable of generating high-quality leads, building strategic relationships, and driving end-to-end sales closures for premium plotted developments. Key Responsibilities
1. Generate business through channel partners, brokers, IPCs, sourcing associates, and direct customer acquisition.
2. Develop and expand a strong network of channel partners across Delhi NCR.
3. Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful bookings.
4. Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and coordinate site visits.
5. Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to booking closure.
6. Build and nurture relationships with HNIs, investors, NRIs, and end-users.
7. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
8. Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
9. Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
10.Prepare and maintain accurate sales MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.
11. Represent the Ebrix and Vedic City brands professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales. Experience in luxury residential projects, premium plotted developments, villas, second homes, or investment-focused real estate is highly preferred. Strong network of channel partners, IPCs, brokers, and sourcing associates within the Delhi NCR market. Demonstrated success in lead generation, relationship management, and sales closures. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Comfortable interacting with HNI, NRI, and investor clientele.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
