We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our University admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate information about academic programs, and supporting enrollment targets.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Assist students with application forms and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth admission processing.
- Strong counseling and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
2–5 years of experience in admissions, counseling (Educational Background).
University is 30 km from Gurgaon and 70 km from Delhi.
