Job Summary
We are looking for customer-focused and result-oriented Customer Support Executives to join the Flipkart Customer Experience (CX) team. The ideal candidate should be capable of resolving customer queries effectively, handling complex situations with empathy, and providing the best possible customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns via calls, chat, or email.
- Provide appropriate solutions while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Exercise problem-solving skills and make customer-centric decisions.
- Handle complex or sensitive customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Successfully complete the mandatory training and certification process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of documented customer service experience for experienced candidates.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
- Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply.
- Average communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Work Schedule
- 6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off.
- 24x7 rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Complete Work From Home (WFH).
Training & Certification
- Paid training provided.
- Attendance during training is mandatory.
- Candidates must clear the certification assessment post-training.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Fresher ₹11,000 - 15,000 CTC per month
- Experience:₹14,500 – ₹18,500 CTC per month
