Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various IT positions while ensuring compliance with US hiring standards and timelines.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements (Contract, C2H, and Full-time roles).
- Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for feedback.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen).
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/CRM systems.
- Meet recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of US IT recruitment process.
- Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques.
- Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Familiarity with visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, Citizen).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹10,268.62 - ₹42,639.50 per month
