Job title Application Manager for PIM (Product Information Management) and Technical Product Documentation Systems Tasks • End-to-end application lifecycle responsibility and operational management of the Product Information Management (PIM) application Centric PXM (Contentserv) and other core systems like Schema ST4, InfoHub, Across, CATALOGcreator. • Plan and execute upgrades of on-premise, cloud applications and related components. • Configure and technically adapt applications (e.g. coding, scripting, API configuration, functional extensions) and coordinate further adaptations with external partners. • Perform root-cause analysis for functional and non-functional issues to ensure stable operations and support • Create and maintain system, architecture, and release documentation and communicate changes to stakeholders. Required qualifications Education and Technical Background • Completed university degree in Information Technology or a related field. • Very good technical and functional knowledge of a PIM system preferred Centric PXM (Contentserv). • Good understanding of business processes across the product lifecycle. • Several years experience as Application Manager • Relevant experience in using and extending API technologies such as REST or GraphQL. • Know-how with scripting technologies like Powershell and XML processing (e.g. XSLT, XPath). • Good understanding in on premise applications and with Azure and AWS Cloud services. • Knowledge of databases (e.g. MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). • Confident English communication and presentation skills.
