Hiring: Interior Designer / Site Supervisor (Full-Time)
We are looking for a fresh Interior Designer / Site Supervisor to join our growing healthcare infrastructure team. Fresh Civil Engineers can also apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare floor plans.
- Knowledge of interior design, space planning, and aesthetic design concepts.
- Understanding of construction materials and their applications.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical works will be an added advantage.
- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and labour teams.
- Assign, monitor, and ensure completion of work within the given timelines.
- Supervise ongoing interior and renovation projects across healthcare facilities.
- Visit existing operational clinics, identify requirements, assign works, and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure project completion as per design and specifications.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and execution mindset.
