Sunanda Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and proactive Safety Officer to ensure a safe and healthy working environment at solar project sites. The candidate will be responsible for implementing HSE policies, monitoring site safety compliance, conducting safety training, and ensuring adherence to statutory regulations and company safety standards.
1) Ensure compliance with all applicable safety laws, regulations, and company HSE policies.
2)Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
3)Implement and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems for high-risk activities.
4)Conduct safety induction programs, toolbox talks (TBT), and safety awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
5)Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all project sites.
6)Monitor work at height, lifting operations, excavation, hot work, electrical work, and confined space activities.
7)Ensure compliance with electrical safety practices during solar panel installation, inverter installation, cable laying, earthing, transformer, HT/LT works, and commissioning activities.
8)Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed investigation reports with corrective and preventive actions.
9) Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, Vendors, and clients on all safety-related matters.
10) Promote a strong safety culture across all project locations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
