We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Online Bidder & Business Development Executive to join our team for the evening to night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through online bidding platforms, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Bid on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Draft and send customized proposals to potential clients.
- Conduct email marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Use LinkedIn for outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Proven experience in online bidding and business development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with email marketing tools and LinkedIn lead generation.
- Ability to understand client requirements and prepare tailored proposals.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently during evening/night hours.
