Our platform enables businesses to automate marketing, sales, customer support, and engagement through powerful automation and AI-driven solutions.
We're looking for enthusiastic Technical Support Engineers who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer support. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via WhatsApp, email, phone, and remote sessions.
- Assist customers with onboarding and platform setup.
- Troubleshoot software, configuration, and integration issues.
- Understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Work closely with the development team to report bugs and verify fixes.
- Help customers integrate APIs, webhooks, and third-party applications.
- Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Test new product features before release.
- Deliver an outstanding customer support experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and SaaS products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and Webhooks.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Familiarity with Postman is a plus.
- Basic understanding of cloud applications or SaaS platforms.
- Interest in customer support and software troubleshooting.
