Inside Sales Representative – Technology Solutions

Ecocloud is expanding its customer acquisition team and looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help us grow our business across Mumbai, Pune and other markets.
This is a customer-facing technology sales role covering both new business development and growth of existing customer accounts.
What you'll be responsible for
- Prospecting and engaging new customers through outbound calling and multiple lead sources.
- Building relationships with existing customers and identifying new requirements.
- Understanding customer needs and mapping them to suitable technology solutions.
- Selling Microsoft 365 licensing/subscriptions, Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, AI and other technology solutions.
- Representing selected solutions from our technology partners, including Productivity 365 and Parallels.
- Managing smaller opportunities through the complete sales cycle and closing them independently.
- Following up on quotations, proposals and opportunities.
- Generating qualified meetings for larger or technically complex opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate information and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Achieving agreed sales, pipeline and activity targets.
The person we're looking for
- 1–2 years' experience in inside sales, telesales, call centre sales or a similar role.
- Excellent spoken English.
- Comfortable communicating with business customers over the phone.
- Hands-on experience using a CRM.
- Comfortable making 40–60+ outbound calls per day.
- Strong follow-up discipline and a genuine interest in sales.
- Able to work independently in a Work From Home environment.
- Immediate joiner or available at very short notice.
Languages: English, Hindi and Marathi. Kannada is an added advantage.
Technology knowledge
Prior IT knowledge is useful but not essential.
We will provide product and solution training. What matters more is your ability to learn quickly, understand customer problems and communicate value clearly.
Work Arrangement
Work From Home – Mumbai
Occasional visits to our coworking/office location may be required, approximately once a month or as needed.
Working Hours:
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Sunday: Off
Reporting to: Founder/Director
Compensation
₹15,000–₹25,000/month + performance incentives
The role offers an opportunity to build strong experience in Microsoft, cloud, cybersecurity, AI and business productivity solutions while working directly with a growing technology business and its partner ecosystem.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
