Qualification
- Science Graduate or Biomedical Engineer preferred
Skills Required
- Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and spreadsheet creation/management
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Good computer knowledge and data management skills
- Experience in marketing management and lead generation
- Ability to handle customer interactions and sales-related phone calls
Key Responsibilities
- Manage backend marketing operations
- Generate and qualify leads through digital and computer-based marketing activities
- Share verified leads with the frontline sales team
- Track leads and ensure complete follow-up and status updates
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and customer communications
- Maintain marketing records, reports, and databases
- Coordinate with sales teams to support business growth and maximize conversions
Preferred Experience
- Experience in lead generation, marketing coordination, customer follow-up, and sales support
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and CRM/reporting systems
Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
