Laxminath Consultancy is seeking a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team in Sikar. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and the ability to train students effectively for the IELTS examination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IELTS training sessions covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Assess students' language proficiency and provide personalized guidance.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Help students improve their English communication and test-taking strategies.
- Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in IELTS/PTE/English language training preferred.
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide students towards their target band scores.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
