The Branch Head is responsible for the overall management and performance of the branch, including business development, operations, collections, and team management. The role involves achieving branch targets, monitoring staff performance, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining records and reports, and implementing organizational policies and procedures. The Branch Head is also responsible for coordinating with the head office, resolving customer issues, and ensuring smooth branch operations. Field visits, sales activities, and business development work may be required whenever necessary to support the growth and success of the branch.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
