We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Study Visa Counsellor to join our team. The role involves guiding students for overseas education, assisting with visa applications, handling tele-calling activities. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities (Canada, UK, Australia, NZ, Europe etc.)
- Provide detailed information about universities, courses, and admission requirements
- Assist students in selecting suitable programs based on their profile
- Guide students through the complete visa application process
- Review and prepare visa documentation
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and maintain records
- Stay updated with visa rules and immigration policies
- Generate new leads through cold calling and referrals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
- Experience in study visa counseling / tele-calling is a plus
- Knowledge of student visa processes (Canada/UK/Australia/NZ) is an advantage
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with calling targets and student interaction
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good documentation and organizational skills
