We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and trend-obsessed Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be the voice of our brand across all digital platforms, responsible for managing our accounts, identifying and collaborating with key influencers, and ensuring our content remains at the cutting edge of internet culture. The ideal candidate doesn't just "post" content; they build communities and drive measurable engagement through strategic storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Handling & Community Management
● Platform Mastery: Manage day-to-day operations across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms.
● Scheduling & Publishing: Maintain a consistent posting schedule using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
● Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, mentions, and DMs to foster a loyal community.
● Brand Voice: Ensure all communication is consistent with the brand’s unique persona and values.
2. Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management
● Identification: Use social listening tools and manual research to find influencers (Nano to Macro) who align with our brand values.
● Outreach: Execute personalized outreach campaigns to build long-term partnerships.
● Campaign Management: Brief influencers on campaign goals, track content deliverables, and manage contract negotiations.
● Performance Tracking: Analyze the ROI of influencer collaborations (engagement, reach, and conversion).
3. Content Strategy & Trend Analysis
● Trend Spotting: "Live" on social media to identify viral sounds, memes, and formats before they peak.
● Agile Posting: Quickly turn around "moment-marketing" content to capitalize on trending topics.
● Content Pillars: Develop monthly content calendars that balance educational, promotional, and "just for fun" content.
● Visual Direction: Collaborate with design/video teams (or self-produce) high-quality Reels, and carousels.
4. Analytics & Reporting
● Data Analysis: Track KPIs such as reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and click-through rates (CTR).
● Iterative Strategy: Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to improve future performance.
● Competitor Benchmarking: Keep a close eye on industry rivals to ensure our brand remains a leader.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, and Canva/Adobe Express.
- Strong copywriting skills and an "eye" for aesthetic photography and video.
- Ability to interpret social media metrics and turn data into a story.
- Excellent negotiation (for influencers), time management, and adaptability.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent hands-on experience.
