Hiring: Team Leader – Telecalling
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telecalling Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage our telecalling team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to achieve daily and monthly targets, and experience in handling telesales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of telecallers to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily team performance and productivity.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Ensure quality customer interactions and follow-up.
- Prepare daily performance reports and MIS.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns.
- Coordinate with management to improve team performance.
- Maintain discipline and ensure process compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Team Leader in Telecalling/Telesales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve and drive team targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
