At Fire AI, we're building the future of decision intelligence. We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can transform complex AI & analytics capabilities into compelling narratives that drive customer adoption, sales conversions, & market growth.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Growth, & Customer Success—owning product positioning, sales enablement, go-to-market launches, & customer storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop clear product positioning, messaging, & value propositions for Fire AI's platform & industry use cases.
* Create sales enablement assets including battlecards, one-pagers, demo scripts, ROI calculators, & objection-handling guides.
* Lead GTM execution for new product launches in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Growth, & Sales teams.
* Build customer success stories, case studies, onboarding content, & adoption-focused collateral.
* Conduct market, customer, & competitive research to strengthen positioning & drive conversion.
* Support Sales & Growth teams with messaging that improves lead quality, pipeline velocity, & win rates.
Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Technical Content, or B2B SaaS marketing.
* Strong storytelling & communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
* Experience creating GTM assets that support sales conversations & customer acquisition.
* Strong research & analytical mindset with experience in competitor analysis & buyer persona development.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, & Growth teams.
Preferred
* Experience in AI, SaaS, Analytics, Data Platforms, or Enterprise Technology.
* Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, Figma, Gong, or Marketo.
* Exposure to enterprise buying cycles & B2B product launches.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
