Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls and lead follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and schedule visits to our Experience Centers.
- Conduct client meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Prepare project estimates and quotations based on client requirements.
- Drive lead conversion through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Generate referrals and repeat business from existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- Prior experience in B2C sales, preferably in Home Interiors, Real Estate, Home Improvement, Luxury Retail, or other premium product sales.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience for Graduates or 3 years for MBA candidates.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to understand floor plans and prepare estimates.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Marathi, or Gujarati preferred).
- Willingness to work on weekends.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
