Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote our educational programs and services, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
- Present and promote company programs and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and corporate clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful enrollments or sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Experience in the education, ed-tech, or training industry is an advantage.
