Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Trainer delivering Microsoft technologies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
Mandatory Requirements
- Must hold an Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status.
- Must possess active Microsoft certifications relevant to the training programs being delivered.
- Must have consistently received positive MTM (Metrics That Matter) feedback from previous training batches.
- Must be capable of delivering both Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) and customized curricula tailored to customer requirements.
- Strong classroom facilitation skills for both virtual and instructor-led training.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and learner engagement skills.
- Ability to deliver hands-on technical labs and troubleshoot learner issues during training.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) courses in Security, AI, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure technologies.
- Design, customize, and deliver training content based on customer-specific learning objectives and business requirements.
- Conduct instructor-led (ILT), virtual instructor-led (VILT), and hands-on lab sessions.
- Ensure learners successfully complete all practical exercises and lab activities.
- Maintain high learner engagement and satisfaction throughout the training.
- Achieve and maintain excellent MTM feedback scores across all delivered batches.
- Stay current with Microsoft's latest technologies, certifications, and course updates.
- Support training operations with attendance tracking, assessments, and learner progress reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful planning and execution of training programs.
Preferred Skills
- Experience delivering training for enterprise customers and corporate audiences.
- Ability to create, modify, and deliver customized training content, hands-on labs, and learning paths based on client requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft Azure, AI, Security, and Fabric environments.
- Experience using Microsoft Learn, official Microsoft labs, and cloud-based training platforms.
- Ability to adapt content for learners with varying technical backgrounds.
