Job Title: Civil Site Engineer
Reports to: Project Manager/ Senior Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team who has knowledge in Reinforced cement concrete Structure, High rise building, warehouse, godowns & sheds . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Management: Manage and supervise site activities, including construction, excavation, and other related tasks.
2. Quality Control: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with the approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
3. Safety Management: Implement and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
4. Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
5. Coordination: Coordinate with other departments, including design, procurement, and contracts, to ensure effective project delivery.
6. Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular site inspections and testing to ensure that work is carried out to the required standards.
7. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Manager/Senior Engineer, including progress reports, site reports, and other relevant documentation.
8. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve site-related problems, including technical issues, delays, and cost overruns.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: BE Civil
2. Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in a site engineering role, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
4. Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or certification in civil engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
2. Experience with software: Experience with construction management software, such as Autocad
3. Certifications: Certifications in construction management, safety management, or quality management.
