Duration: 3 – 6 Months
Qualification: BBA / MBA (HR Preferred)
Thoughtsol Infotech Ltd. is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for HR students who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management.
Responsibilities:
•Assist in end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and lateral roles
•Source and screen resumes through job portals and LinkedIn
•Coordinate with candidates for telephonic and virtual interviews
•Conduct initial HR screening and maintain candidate databases
•Post job openings on various hiring platforms
•Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and documentation
•Support offer rollouts and onboarding formalities
Required Skills:
•Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets
•Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•Positive attitude and willingness to learn
