Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: Indore (Onsite) Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented professional to join the Founder's Office at a fast-paced marketing agency. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Founder to drive operational excellence, establish structured processes, and ensure seamless coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and streamline company policies, SOPs, and operational frameworks. Manage the Founder’s schedule, meetings, priorities, and follow-ups. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and drive timely resolutions. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance organizational efficiency. Track key initiatives, ensure accountability, and monitor progress across departments. Support strategic projects and contribute to building scalable systems and workflows. Requirements Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in productivity tools, spreadsheets, and AI-driven platforms is preferred. Prior experience in a Founder's Office, Operations, Business Excellence, or Project Management role will be an advantage. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
