- Portfolio Development: Guide students in creating strong, personal, and reflective portfolios, incorporating research, experimentation, and skill development in various media.
- Assessment & Feedback: Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and prepare students for internal and Cambridge external exams.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an inspiring, organized, and safe art studio, promoting high standards of work.
- Creative Growth: Foster critical thinking and artistic voice, encouraging experimentation and independence.
- Extracurricular Engagement: Organize exhibitions, workshops, and school-wide art events.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with the department, communicate with parents, and maintain student records.
- Pastoral Care: Support student well-being and encourage positive, respectful behavior.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
