Key Responsibilities:
✅Make outbound calls to potential students/leads to inform them about our services or courses.
✅Counsel students and parents regarding admission processes, eligibility, and course details.
✅Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates.
✅Schedule and conduct walk-in or virtual counselling sessions.
✅Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in CRM tools or Excel.
✅Achieve monthly admission/enquiry targets.
✅Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team for smooth enrolment processes.
Requirements:
✅Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English; regional languages are a plus)
✅Confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive speaker
✅Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred
✅Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.)
✅Prior experience in counselling, telecalling, sales, or customer service will be a plus
