Position: MESPACK MACHINE OPERATOR.
For Tomato Ketchup Manufacturing Plant.
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Operate, set up, and maintain MESPACK flexible packaging machines
✅ Calibrate machine settings such as sealing temperature, film tension, and pressure.
✅ Load packaging materials and ensure uninterrupted production flow
✅ Monitor pouch quality, sealing integrity, and product weight
✅ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
✅ Operate HMI systems and maintain production records
✅ Follow all safety, hygiene, and PPE protocols in the manufacturing area
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. 3–7 years of experience in automated flexible packaging machines
2. Knowledge of MESPACK H-220 or H-360 machines
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to maintain production quality and minimize wastage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
