Responsibilities:
- Visit borrowers and follow up on overdue loan accounts
- Negotiate repayment plans professionally
- Submit daily field visit reports
- Meet monthly recovery targets
Requirements:
- Min. 10th pass
- Good communication in Bengali / Hindi
- Own two-wheeler with valid licence
- Freshers welcome; BFSI/collections experience preferred
