Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between clients, sales teams, developers, and internal departments while delivering an exceptional customer experience from lead generation to post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly.
- Schedule site visits, meetings, and client follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with developers for booking updates, payment schedules, inventory status, and possession timelines.
- Assist customers with booking formalities, documentation, agreements, and payment processes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and sales reports.
- Track lead status and ensure timely communication throughout the customer journey.
- Collect customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve service quality.
- Support post-sales activities, including documentation, payment reminders, and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain data confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales coordination, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
