About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Aptitude Trainer to prepare students for placement assessments and competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and create an engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training sessions on:
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Logical Reasoning
- Data Interpretation
- Verbal Ability
- Design lesson plans, practice exercises, mock tests, and assessment materials.
- Evaluate student performance and provide personalized feedback.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and mentor students for placement readiness.
- Stay updated with the latest aptitude test patterns followed by top companies.
- Track student progress and share periodic performance reports.
- Collaborate with placement and academic teams to align training with hiring requirements.
- Develop question banks, assignments, and learning resources.
Required Skills
- Strong command of Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, and English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with online teaching platforms is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field.
- Certification in Aptitude Training or Soft Skills (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience as an Aptitude Trainer, Placement Trainer, or Competitive Exam Trainer.
- Experience in training students for campus placements, CAT, Bank, SSC, or similar aptitude-based examinations is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
- Excellent classroom management and facilitation skills.
- Ability to handle large batches as well as one-on-one mentoring.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and result-oriented.
- Willingness to travel to partner colleges, if required.
Pay: ₹9,438.47 - ₹39,716.75 per month
