Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Social Media & Client Servicing Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for social media, and the ability to coordinate with clients while supporting day-to-day account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and gather content.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with the internal creative team to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Prepare content calendars and schedule social media posts.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, and required information.
- Ensure all client deliverables are completed within deadlines.
- Support the team with campaign execution and daily operational tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
