Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing → screening → interview → offer → joining)
- Post jobs on portals (Naukri, Apna, Indeed, etc.)
- Source candidates through:
- Job portals
- References
- Field hiring / walk-ins
- Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
- Maintain daily recruitment tracker (pipeline, status, closures)
- Ensure position closure within defined TAT
- Manage offer rollout and joining follow-ups
- Build candidate database for future requirements
- Handle bulk hiring when required (nurses, field sales, etc.)
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring
- Good understanding of job portals & sourcing channels
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets tracking
Experience
- 1–4 years in recruitment (hospital / healthcare preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication can also be considered
KPIs / Performance Metrics
- Number of positions closed
- Time to hire (TAT)
- Interview-to-selection ratio
- Offer-to-joining ratio
- Daily pipeline activity (calls, interviews scheduled)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
