Sky Gold LLP is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing activities focused on increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, showroom footfall, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in planning and managing marketing campaigns, events, promotions, vendor coordination, and brand-building activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans to support business growth and sales objectives.
- Plan and manage showroom promotions, exhibitions, events, and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate branding activities, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, vendors, event organizers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with showroom and sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and prepare reports for management.
- Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of marketing experience.
- Experience in Jewellery, Insurance, or Retail industry preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience in handling brand promotions, events, and customer outreach programs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
