Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Science Trainer with expertise in Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Machine Learning, and Generative AI. The candidate will be responsible for delivering industry-focused training programs, conducting workshops, mentoring students, and working on real-world AI projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Agentic AI, and RAG.
- Conduct workshops, bootcamps, FDPs, and corporate training programs.
- Design and update course content according to industry trends.
- Provide hands-on practical training using real-world datasets and projects.
- Train students on Python, Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI applications.
- Teach and implement RAG architectures using vector databases and LLMs.
- Demonstrate Agentic AI concepts including multi-agent systems, tool calling, memory management, and workflow orchestration.
- Guide students in capstone projects, hackathons, and research-based assignments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide mentorship.
- Collaborate with the technical team for curriculum development and project implementation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python, Statistics, and Data Science concepts.
- Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG systems.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, and Vector Databases.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and AI Agent Development.
- Familiarity with SQL, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior training or teaching experience will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- Industry certifications in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud Technologies.
- Experience conducting workshops, seminars, and corporate training programs.
