Job Summary
Responsible for managing advertisement bookings, client coordination, payment tracking, vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key ResponsibilitiesBooking Coordination
- Process advertisement booking requests.
- Coordinate with media vendors and publishing partners.
- Share booking confirmations with clients.
- Maintain booking schedules and records.
- Ensure timely release of advertisements.
- Follow up on artwork, approvals, and release orders.
Accounts & Finance
- Generate invoices and payment requests.
- Record daily receipts and expenses.
- Track client outstanding payments.
- Follow up for collections and payment confirmations.
- Coordinate vendor payments.
- Maintain account records and documentation.
- Support monthly account reconciliation.
Administrative Support
- Maintain client and vendor databases.
- Manage WhatsApp and email communication related to bookings.
- Prepare daily MIS and status reports.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / Accounting Background Preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Operations, or Coordination roles.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
