ABOUT THE ROLE
Neelpadam Builders Pvt. Ltd. (part of Karmyogi Group) seeks a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead brand, digital marketing, business development and agency management across its Delhi-NCR and Mathura real estate portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop & execute marketing strategies for residential & commercial projects
- Drive digital campaigns — SEO, SEM, Social Media, performance marketing
- Manage & liaise with digital agencies, creative studios & media partners
- Oversee content — brochures, emailers, social posts, videos, website
- Plan property exhibitions, site visits, launches & events
- Manage CRM pipeline; ensure lead follow-up with the sales team
- Monitor campaign ROI & present periodic performance reports
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- MBA Marketing from a recognised institution
- 5–8 years in marketing; 2–3 years in real estate sector preferred
- Strong digital marketing & social media expertise
- Experience briefing & managing external digital agencies
- Proficient in CRM tools, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi
