The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce and explain company products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
