- PDI in-charge should have overall knowledge of vehicle features and product knowledge
- Receive vehicles from yard and carry out the transporter documentation
- Raise and report transit damage claims, if any
- Retrieve VIN Specific PDI sheet from DealerConnect
- Conduct new vehicle preparation and pre-delivery inspection as per PDI check-sheet
- Maintain records and files of all PDI documents
- Road tests the vehicle for specified KMs (driving skills mandatory)
- Report any shortcomings to brand for corrective actions
- Knowledge of key identification labels of aggregates, SSTs, body panel gap measurements, paint defects, lifting points, battery condition, usage of multimeter, and other technical aspects of vehicle
- Check DTCs using Wi-Tech and exiting logistics mode
- Recall and RRT completion as per applicability
- Leading team of dedicated PDI technicians (wherever applicable) for carrying out required jobs
- Liaising with sales team and workshop for on-time vehicle readiness
- Delivering a quality inspected and well finished vehicle for a positive first customer impression
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
