Indel Automotives is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to be the primary point of contact between our service center and customers. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience from vehicle check-in to delivery, while also building long-term relationships and promoting customer loyalty.
- Greet and attend to customers visiting the service center, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Understand customer concerns and service requirements and communicate them effectively to the service advisor/team.
- Keep customers informed about service progress, estimated costs, and timelines.
- Manage customer appointments, service follow-ups, and feedback calls.
- Handle complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
- Promote Yamaha service offerings, AMC packages, and periodic maintenance schedules.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to gather feedback and promote repeat visits.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
