Exciting Opportunity: Senior Presales Solution Lead - Retail and Consumer Goods Business Unit
Experience Level: 14-18 years in presales and deal solutioning
Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, or Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and independently manage medium to large deal solution design and development.
- Drive deal solutioning across various service lines including Application Development, Application Management Services (AMS), and IT Operations (ITO).
- Structure solution themes and design for deals, analyzing and qualifying RFXs (RFP, RFQ, RFI).
- Author and manage RFP, RFQ, RFI responses for single and multi-tower deals.
- Participate in customer conference calls to understand requirements and present value propositions.
- Collaborate across teams (technology, service lines, finance, legal) to construct compelling value propositions and solutions.
- Support proactive deal shaping and creation initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Drive commercial constructs and pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness.
- Conduct reviews across solution, estimates, and pricing, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
- Develop capability presentations for industry subsegments and technology service offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on specific campaigns to generate leads.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record in solution design and ownership of successful medium to large deals.
- Strong technical and IT services presales experience.
- Deep understanding of Retail and Consumer Goods industry processes.
- Broad knowledge of technology platforms and architectures.
- Extensive experience in large deal solutioning across AD, AMS, ITO, and multi-tower environments.
- Excellent bid management skills within the IT services sector.
- Ability to stay updated with evolving technology landscapes.
- Strong storytelling and presentation development skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint for document and presentation creation.
- Solid commercial acumen and organizational skills.
- Outstanding team player with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Effective multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to present technical solutions and value propositions effectively to customers.
Education: MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college preferred.
