Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive B2B client acquisition for our Accounting, Taxation, GST, Audit, and Financial Consulting services.
This is a field-sales role focused on identifying potential corporate clients, conducting business meetings, and converting prospects into long-term accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Client Acquisition
Generate and onboard new corporate clients through direct field sales.
Meet business owners, directors, and finance decision-makers to pitch professional financial services.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified B2B leads.
- Sales & Business Development
Conduct client presentations and confidently close business deals.
Understand client requirements and offer customized financial and compliance solutions.
Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Reporting & Coordination
Maintain records of meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the internal team for proposals, presentations, and client servicing support.
Share weekly sales updates and market feedback with management.
Candidate Profile
- Experience
3+ years of experience in B2B field sales or corporate client acquisition.
Experience in Accounting, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Consulting industries preferred.
- Skills
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Confident in meeting and handling corporate decision-makers.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field travel.
- Education
Graduate in B.Com, BBA/BMS, BA, or related fields.
