Position: Technical Production Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Production Supervisor who can oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, hands-on factory experience, and the ability to manage both processes and people effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely output.
- Coordinate with different departments (maintenance, quality, and stores) to avoid downtime and ensure production targets are met.
- Manage, guide, and motivate labourers and machine operators to maintain productivity and discipline on the shop floor.
- Maintain accurate production reports and monitor resource utilization (raw material, manpower, and machinery).
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality checks, and operational SOPs.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Report directly to the Factory/Operations Head with daily updates and production metrics.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in cable manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong leadership and communication skills for handling labour and technical staff.
- Practical understanding of production machinery, maintenance coordination, and process flow.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily production targets.
