Position: HR Head
Experience: 10–15 Years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, and statutory requirements
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture
- Oversee HR operations, policies, and people management
- Support business growth through HR planning and talent management
- Travel to project and site locations as required
Requirements:
- 10–15 years HR leadership experience (Manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and factory operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel across project sites
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
